TL;DR

Sales Operations Coordinator (Sales Operations): Managing the end-to-end sales process from quoting to fulfillment for subsea technology solutions with an accent on process coordination and analytics. Focus on optimizing CRM data hygiene, coordinating cross-functional workflows between Sales and Finance, and developing sales reporting dashboards.

Location: Must be based in Port Coquitlam, BC, and be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually

What you will do

  • Process sales quotes and orders while ensuring accuracy in product configuration and export control.
  • Maintain and update the Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
  • Coordinate S&OP and S&OE processes, maintaining forecasts and entering production workorders.
  • Generate sales reports and build dashboards using Excel and Power BI to identify trends.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to streamline the order lifecycle.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for sales operations and support customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or commercial operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Port Coquitlam office 5 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, industrial, maritime, or engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Understanding of B2B or project-based sales processes.
