What you will do

• Convert incoming leads into sales by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product information, address customer concerns, and follow up to nurture relationships.
• Manage leads in the CRM system, including updates and assignment to sales representatives.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and increase revenue.
• Adapt to additional tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
• Experience in customer interaction, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional, inclusive customer-facing approach.
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
