Compensation: $89,400 – $117,400

What you will do
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, and social selling.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target accounts and win net-new business.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities using Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, solution consultants, and channel partners to coordinate account strategies.
- Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to customer business objectives.
- Represent the brand at industry events and build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or technology sales.
- Proven track record of generating and managing net-new business opportunities.
- Proficiency with modern sales technologies such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational and account planning skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience selling cloud-based software, CX, or contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise verticals like Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail.
