TL;DR

Sales Operations Manager (AI): Scaling hirify.global’s end-to-end Lead-to-Cash motion across the Enterprise Segment with an accent on optimizing existing revenue processes to support sustainable growth. Focus on identifying and implementing improvements to revenue workflows, sales forecasting and planning, and revenue analytics.

Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $135,900 to $169,900 to $203,900 USD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

What you will do

  • Identify, design, and implement improvements to revenue workflows to increase efficiency and visibility.
  • Support and evolve the structure of the revenue engine to ensure scalable and predictable growth.
  • Develop accurate enterprise sales forecasts using historical data, pipeline analysis, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present recurring reports, dashboards, and insights on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in operations, sales, management consulting, or other analytical and strategic roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Einstein / CRMa, Looker, Advanced Excel/Google sheets required.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS businesses or with other sales organizations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior leadership.
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
