Salary: $60,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end joint sales pursuits with Adobe for strategic "Anchor" clients.
- Facilitate strategic alignment sessions, kickoff workshops, and ensure accountability for follow-up actions.
- Manage and resolve operational escalations to maintain momentum and positive relationships during joint pursuits.
- Maintain a robust communication cadence between internal teams and Adobe counterparts.
- Orchestrate the transition of won client engagements to designated delivery teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of joint pursuit processes to scale alliance operations globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project operations, alliance operations, sales operations, or program management.
- Experience managing partner ecosystems and joint GTM activities with major software vendors (e.g., Adobe, SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders across different organizations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, Kansas City, or New York.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with the Adobe ecosystem, sales motions, and partner programs.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies.
- Experience in a global role navigating different cultural nuances and time zones.
- Background in a client-facing role within consulting or professional services.
