What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end joint sales pursuits with Adobe for strategic "Anchor" clients.
• Facilitate strategic alignment sessions, kickoff workshops, and ensure accountability for follow-up actions.
• Manage and resolve operational escalations to maintain momentum and positive relationships during joint pursuits.
• Maintain a robust communication cadence between internal teams and Adobe counterparts.
• Orchestrate the transition of won client engagements to designated delivery teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of joint pursuit processes to scale alliance operations globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project operations, alliance operations, sales operations, or program management.
• Experience managing partner ecosystems and joint GTM activities with major software vendors (e.g., Adobe, SAP, Oracle).
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders across different organizations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, Kansas City, or New York.

• Direct experience with the Adobe ecosystem, sales motions, and partner programs.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies.
