Salary: $195,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing Customer Programs & Estimating organization, recruiting and developing top talent.
• Own company-wide estimating and quoting performance, improving turnaround times and accuracy.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and develop engagement strategies to increase retention and repeat business.
• Partner with Product and Software teams to identify and implement automation throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance to ensure customer commitments align with operational capacity.
• Act as the executive escalation point for major customer and program issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in hardware, aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience at the Senior Manager, Director, VP, or General Manager level.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency (green card), refugee, or asylee status (ITAR requirement).
• Proven success in building teams, processes, and operating systems within high-growth manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, financial, and executive presentation skills.

• Engineering degree.
• Experience scaling organizations from startup through rapid growth.
• Proficiency with ERP, MES, CRM, and estimating software platforms.
• Experience supporting large strategic contracts and long-term production programs.
