What you will do

• Manage relationships and projects with OEMs to ensure alignment with the OE business plan.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams regarding requirements, expectations, and technical gaps.
• Present hirify.global's technologies and technical approaches to customers on behalf of the development team.
• Coordinate with OE Sales, Marketing, QA, and Manufacturing to secure engineering approvals and strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience in obtaining OE target specifications and conducting technical feasibility studies.
• Ability to analyze technical trends and translate customer concerns into actionable development goals.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between customer needs and tire development teams.
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
