What you will do

• Support litigation, subpoenas, and discovery processes in partnership with in-house attorneys.
• Conduct factual investigations, manage deadlines, coordinate legal holds, and assist with data assembly.
• Monitor regulatory developments via Westlaw and trade-group alerts to ensure business compliance.
• Process data security inquiries, non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requests, and certificates of insurance (COI).
• Review and manage client and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification.
• Prior experience as a corporate or law firm paralegal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong research, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Current Notary Public appointment or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in basic contract review and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Office365, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
