Retail Enterprise Development Specialist (Retail)

Location: Israel, including regular visits to supermarket branches across the country

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end management and development of a portfolio of 3–4 strategic enterprise supermarket accounts.
• Analyze business and operational performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and fulfillment inefficiencies.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives with pickers, store managers, and operations teams, covering picking times, rejection reasons, availability, and fulfillment quality.
• Train and onboard partners on hirify.global’s operational tools, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Manage senior headquarters relationships, including quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate commercial, marketing, technical, and operational initiatives, escalations, and cross-functional problem solving.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B account management, retail operations, customer success, consulting, or a similar partner-facing operational role.
• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills, including independent data analysis, trend identification, and decision-making.
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Hebrew and English; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
