What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning projects aligned with divisional and enterprise goals.
• Apply adult learning theories and models like ADDIE to create engaging content across various modalities.
• Develop training solutions including webinars, digital content, and micro-learning to support sales strategies.
• Support onboarding, product training, and operational readiness for sales representatives and account managers.
• Own the end-to-end instructional design process from needs analysis to final evaluation.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and operations partners to identify and address training needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States due to company benefits and tax structure.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivery, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field such as business administration or human resources.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Captivate.
• Strong planning, execution, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for audiences of varying seniority.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CPTD or APTD.
• Experience with CRM systems and illustration tools.
• Prior experience with learning management systems (LMS).
