What you will do

• Serve as the primary executive partner and trusted advisor to client sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Lead executive governance processes and facilitate steering committee meetings with C-suite stakeholders.
• Oversee overall program success, ensuring alignment across projects, workstreams, and strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership to project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive resolution of complex client escalations and influence senior leaders to achieve alignment.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to shape future service offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or transformation programs.
• 8+ years of experience within a technology-focused organization.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with C-suite stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, enterprise software delivery, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working with legal, accounting, consulting, risk, or compliance organizations.
• Deep understanding of business and technology challenges in professional and financial services.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.
