What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for delivery operations across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Lead and develop a global organization of managers and consultants, focusing on performance and workforce planning.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks to monitor project health, risks, and financial performance.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support scoping, implementation, and renewals.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex, high-risk customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to influence product direction and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship provided).
• 12+ years of experience in global delivery, professional services, or SaaS implementation.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-layered, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in project/program management and delivery governance.
• Ability to travel up to 25–50% as business needs require.
• Experience in legal technology, professional services, or financial systems is highly desirable.
