What you will do
- Design and deliver sales productivity analytics and tools for a global sales organization.
- Manage core sales operations processes including quota planning, commissions, and forecasting.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to interpret business trends and inform strategy.
- Define business requirements for CRM and back-end platforms to ensure accurate reporting.
- Champion pipeline management best practices and leverage CRM tools for new lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR on strategic projects.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations with a focus on process optimization and KPI analytics.
- 5+ years of direct sales team support experience.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com and CRM system integration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

- Experience with SQL queries.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
