What you will do
- Map and optimize sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure repeatability.
- Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and create performance dashboards for leadership.
- Oversee account distribution and support the design of sales compensation plans.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM health, ensuring data accuracy and clean record management.
- Execute strategic projects, including market analysis and headcount modeling.
- Collaborate across sales, finance, data, and product teams to align operational playbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including report building and workflow setup.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data using spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with sales reps and executives.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Looker, or Snowflake.
- Background in startups or rapidly growing companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics.
