What you will do

  • Map and optimize sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure repeatability.
  • Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and create performance dashboards for leadership.
  • Oversee account distribution and support the design of sales compensation plans.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM health, ensuring data accuracy and clean record management.
  • Execute strategic projects, including market analysis and headcount modeling.
  • Collaborate across sales, finance, data, and product teams to align operational playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including report building and workflow setup.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data using spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with sales reps and executives.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL, Looker, or Snowflake.
  • Background in startups or rapidly growing companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics.
