What you will do
- Partner with account managers on specific client projects to ensure and drive account growth.
- Act as the voice of the client during internal projects to ensure needs are consistently met.
- Develop bespoke KPIs and provide performance data-driven insights to clients.
- Expand the network of relevant contacts within enterprise accounts to maintain partnership status.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using the CRM.
- Attend relevant industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or Customer Success within Capital Markets, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build relationships with buy-side, sell-side, and advisory communities.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client books of business exceeding $1m.
- Must be based in New York to support the hybrid working model.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for concise professional messaging.
