What you will do

  • Partner with account managers on specific client projects to ensure and drive account growth.
  • Act as the voice of the client during internal projects to ensure needs are consistently met.
  • Develop bespoke KPIs and provide performance data-driven insights to clients.
  • Expand the network of relevant contacts within enterprise accounts to maintain partnership status.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using the CRM.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or Customer Success within Capital Markets, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build relationships with buy-side, sell-side, and advisory communities.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client books of business exceeding $1m.
  • Must be based in New York to support the hybrid working model.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for concise professional messaging.
