What you will do
- Architect and build sales workflows and tooling from the ground up, owning the entire HubSpot data model and automation.
- Develop prospecting and enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn, and conversation intelligence tools.
- Implement AI-enabled workflows for lead scoring, call summarization, and forecasting.
- Create real-time dashboards and reporting to monitor pipeline health and representative performance.
- Diagnose bottlenecks in the sales cycle and design scalable, systemic processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data and system alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into sales workflows.
- Technical mindset with a strong ability to handle data, integrations, and automation logic.
- Proven track record of building systems from loose briefs in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling sales ops at an early or growth-stage startup.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or low-code tools like Zapier and Make.
- Experience supporting both SDR and AE motions.
- Prior experience working within remote and distributed teams.
