What you will do
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting via personalized email cadences and targeted phone outreach.
- Act as the initial point of contact for school administrators and instructional coaches.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and discovery calls to identify prospect needs.
- Partner with Account Executives to align on territory strategy and book qualified meetings.
- Maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene and track lead activity in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to iterate on outreach scripts and share best practices.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Salesloft or Outreach.io.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent video conferencing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large account territories.
