What you will do

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting via personalized email cadences and targeted phone outreach.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for school administrators and instructional coaches.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and discovery calls to identify prospect needs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to align on territory strategy and book qualified meetings.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene and track lead activity in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to iterate on outreach scripts and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Salesloft or Outreach.io.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent video conferencing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large account territories.

  • Experience in K-12 EdTech.
