What you will do

  • Execute a territory plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track all activity within Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct online presentations, demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibits, conferences, and events within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate across departments to align sales activities with overall company priorities.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Iowa or Wisconsin.
  • 6-8 years of sales experience specifically in early childhood education or K-12.
  • Proven track record of selling digital, print, and professional development education solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in market analysis and pipeline management.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as a classroom teacher.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
