What you will do
- Execute a territory plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track all activity within Salesforce.com.
- Conduct online presentations, demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Represent the company at industry exhibits, conferences, and events within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate across departments to align sales activities with overall company priorities.
Requirements
- Must reside in Iowa or Wisconsin.
- 6-8 years of sales experience specifically in early childhood education or K-12.
- Proven track record of selling digital, print, and professional development education solutions.
- Strong proficiency in market analysis and pipeline management.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a classroom teacher.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
