Production Coordinator (VFX)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia. Hybrid role requiring at least two days per week in the office. Must have the right to work in Australia.

What you will do

• Support the production and supervision team to ensure smooth project operations.
• Coordinate the flow of information and elements between artists and various departments.
• Maintain accurate databases with current element and shot statuses.
• Organize and run daily review sessions (dailies) and document detailed notes.
• Ensure the efficient delivery of materials to and from clients.
• Communicate schedules and project updates clearly to the artist team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5+ years of production experience on high-end productions.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of the VFX feature film production pipeline.
• Proven experience in meeting deadlines and managing changing timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and database management.
• Experience with FTP software and aptitude for learning new tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shotgun software.
• HTML or Wiki skills.
• Knowledge of FileMaker.
