What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for the Growth customer segment, including outreach, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Partner with Customer Success to assess account health and proactively mitigate churn risk.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline hygiene in collaboration with RevOps.
  • Ensure all renewal terms, pricing, and approvals align with company policies.
  • Identify patterns in churn drivers and product adoption to inform broader post-sale strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of playbooks and automated workflows to improve renewal efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume renewals in Growth, SMB, or commercial segments.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex pricing and contract terms clearly and confidently.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Billing teams.
  • Must be based in the US to align with operational requirements.
