What you will do

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to VP-level R&D leaders, using market insights to influence hiring strategy and team expansion.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles, including software, ML/AI, and engineering management positions.
• Design and scale engineering recruiting programs, including structured interview frameworks that mitigate bias.
• Analyze internal data and market intelligence to guide hiring teams on success profiles, prioritization, and critical trade-offs.
• Build collaborative relationships with HRBPs, Finance, and Total Rewards to manage complex offer structures and business results.
• Utilize AI and modern recruiting tools to optimize sourcing methodologies and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• Extensive full-cycle technical recruiting experience within tech or tech-adjacent environments.
• Proven ability to hire for software, ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management.
• Strong expertise in using talent data analytics and market intelligence to steer evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and business acumen to navigate competitive talent landscapes.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
