What you will do

  • Develop and maintain partner sales motions, including certification programs and training materials.
  • Manage SOPs and knowledge articles in GTM Buddy to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Create and deliver end-to-end internal playbooks in collaboration with revenue leadership.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools including Outreach, Attention, Salesforce, and AI features.
  • Design and maintain structured onboarding and everboarding curricula for Supply and Partnerships teams.
  • Manage cross-functional communications regarding feature rollouts and process changes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, ideally supporting Supply or Partnerships teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, repeatable training and documentation.
  • Strong sales acumen and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as GTM Buddy, Outreach, Salesforce, and PRM platforms.
  • Must be based in the US to support the remote team structure.
  • Ability to thrive in a build-as-you-fly environment with a focus on measurable results.
