Location: Remote - US; hybrid-hub model with 3 days a week in-office in Chicago
Salary: $103,360 - $143,000 USD base pay range

What you will do
- Own the Expansion Organization Sales Training program post-onboarding and lead Expansion enablement projects.
- Partner with VP of Sales and Expansion leadership to align enablement with revenue operations, marketing, product, and new business.
- Develop, deliver, and train end-to-end expansion playbooks in collaboration with revenue leadership, first-line managers, revenue operations, and PMM.
- Certify reps against role-specific product and call expectations to ensure effective content, tools, delivery, and measurement.
- Drive performance through inspection, evaluation, and accountability of designed sales skill playbooks.
- Use sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, call coaching tools) for reporting, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales enablement experience, preferably with SaaS sales background.
- Proven track record delivering quantifiable revenue impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, new business, and revenue operations.
- Comfort using revenue tooling such as Salesforce, Outreach, and call coaching software.
- Ability to work independently in a hyper-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using a project management tool such as Asana, Wrike, or Monday.com.
