TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Lead: Own end-to-end engineering hiring and build scalable recruiting systems with an accent on full-cycle recruiting, candidate experience, and partnering with technical leadership. Focus on designing hiring pipeline and process tooling while maintaining a high bar as the team grows.

Location: London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the London office)

Salary: £90k–£115k + options

What you will do

  • Own engineering hiring end to end: pipeline, process, candidate experience, and close.
  • Build recruiting systems and tooling to make hiring scalable.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to keep hiring bar high as the company grows.
  • Run multiple searches at pace without compromising bar or experience.
  • Support broader talent needs beyond tech hiring (Talent Ops, People Ops, GTM hiring) as required.

Requirements

  • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting across product engineering and technical functions (including ML/AI and infrastructure).
  • Strong judgment on what great hiring looks like, with the conviction to push for it.
  • Ability to identify engineers who move fast with AI while maintaining clear thinking without it.
  • Proven ability to build and execute hiring pipeline (referrals, employer brand, outbound, or a mix).
  • Comfort working closely with engineering leadership and operating as a hands-on partner.
  • Hybrid availability: work from the London office 3 days a week.
