What you will do

• Build and maintain AI agents using LLM APIs to automate content creation and publishing workflows.
• Own and optimize the learning technology stack, including integrations with Skilljar and Sanity CMS.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in content operations by developing custom automation solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in customer education.
• Implement interactive learning components based on instructional design requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or automation engineering with a focus on API integrations.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-powered workflows using tools like Anthropic Claude or OpenAI.
• Proven track record of supporting production systems, specifically LMS or CMS infrastructure.
• Strong ability to operate autonomously and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with content governance, audit systems, and automated review triggers.
• Experience building AI video generation pipelines using tools like ElevenLabs.
• Experience coding interactive elements within LMS platforms.
