What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize full-stack RAG applications for precise retrieval and generation.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices with monitoring, logging, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Fine-tune retrieval parameters, chunking, embeddings for professional services content.
• Evaluate LLM architectures, maintain prompt-engineering frameworks, and build ETL pipelines.
• Integrate with document management, CRM, engagement systems ensuring data quality and security.
• Partner with data science, engineering, business teams and mentor juniors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI-related field
• 3-5 years in data science/AI; 7-10 years in software development
• Track record of production-grade AI applications from conception to deployment.
• Deep RAG expertise; document processing and OCR integration experience.
• Experience with firm platforms and enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Master's or advanced certification in Data Science/AI.
• 4+ years full-stack with React/Vue/Angular, Node.js/Python, .NET.
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack frameworks.
