What you will do

• Design, develop, and iterate AI-powered tools and systems for faster experimentation and improved product development workflows.
• Rapidly prototype solutions that compress the product development lifecycle and enable faster learning cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to define scalable architectures, build data pipelines, and establish AI integration patterns.
• Translate transformation goals into production-ready systems with product managers, researchers, and leadership.
• Contribute to system architecture for AI-driven platforms scaling across multiple teams and use cases.
• Present technical solutions and lead projects independently in ambiguous technical and product areas.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering and/or technical product development with strong technical depth.
• Proven experience building AI-powered systems, including LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic systems, and tool integration patterns.
• Strong prototyping skills to rapidly build and iterate functional systems that produce actionable feedback.
• Experience translating organizational/operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
