Salary: $197,849 – $227,413

What you will do
- Own strategy, growth, and business outcomes for the Public Sector segment.
- Lead and develop high-level sales professionals responsible for the national public sector.
- Build executive relationships with government, labor, consultant, and partner stakeholders.
- Design scalable operating models, talent strategies, and organizational structures.
- Champion adoption of AI-enabled workflows and sales methodologies.
- Represent the company as a thought leader across industry and government organizations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in public sector sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and quota attainment in complex healthcare or enterprise solutions.
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with value-based care, digital health, or chronic condition management.
- Deep relationships with state and local government buyers and labor organizations.
- Experience scaling teams and processes in a high-growth organization.
