What you will do

• Translate business intents into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Write production-quality code across the stack using Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Direct AI agents, review their output, and refine patterns to improve development quality.
• Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, and security.
• Verify end-to-end results and drive adoption through documentation and usage monitoring.
• Participate in support rotations to investigate and fix production issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience building production web applications across the full stack.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects from idea to deployment.
• Proficiency in developing with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from users and stakeholders.
• Ability to define and hold the line on both functional and non-functional requirements.
