What you will do

• Create high-craft product experiences, including design systems and dense information displays for complex workflows.
• Build agentic customer surfaces that allow users to run, guide, and inspect AI workflows without losing trust.
• Develop human-in-the-loop systems for approvals, parameter review, and exception handling.
• Work across the full stack including React, TypeScript, APIs, and backend services to ensure a cohesive product experience.
• Translate complex backend capabilities into usable product primitives for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work during US-based time frames.
• Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and product craft (interaction design, animation, state management).
• Production experience with Python/Django and shaping the systems behind the interface.
• Experience building design-heavy enterprise SaaS, workflow tools, or complex data products.
• Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to increase leverage while maintaining high code standards.
• High agency and the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
