What you will do

• Lead technical planning, architecture, and implementation for AskCR multi-platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical strategy with user needs.
• Coordinate cross-team engineering efforts and facilitate efficient release management.
• Establish and uphold best practices for code quality, CI/CD, monitoring, and debugging.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across platforms.
• Mentor and guide engineering team members to foster technical growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the following states/districts: AZ, CA, CT, IL, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, TX, VT, VA, or Washington, DC.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in React and React Native.
• Strong proficiency in building APIs with Python (e.g., FastAPI).
• Proven experience in multi-platform software development and integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working on consumer-focused AI applications or chatbots.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and secure coding.
