What you will do

• Develop a product that root causes KTLO work and recommends efficient solutions.
• Build a software catalog tailored for monoliths that provides genuine value to users.
• Implement AI-driven systems to protect engineering focus time by reducing mental load and distractions.
• Create tools that provide high-quality engineering context for both human developers and AI agents.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• Proven track record as a founder, seed-stage engineering hire, or having launched successful independent projects.
• Strong, demonstrable product sense.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, React, and Postgres.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airbyte, Dagster, Python, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and FluxCD.
