What you will do

• Drive technical discovery, design, and rapid development of net-new business concepts.
• Collaborate with product management to launch weekly MVPs and behavioral probes.
• Prioritize speed and functional code over perfect architecture to test hypotheses.
• Configure integrations, authentication, and product-led analytics on the fly.
• Translate emerging technologies like LLMs and multi-agent frameworks into functional prototypes.
• Participate in user interviews and data reviews to decide whether to persevere, pivot, or kill concepts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven track record of 0-to-1 hacking and full-stack prototyping.
• Expertise in using modern AI development accelerators like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to work autonomously with disparate datasets and data transformation scripts.
• Strong intuition for encoding complex real-world workflows into digital logic.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a relentless bias for shipping.

Nice to have

• Experience as a technical co-founder or early-stage startup engineer.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration libraries like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Ability to deploy and debug cloud-native prototypes using AWS services.
