What you will do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers and leadership to drive margins and operational efficiency.
- Conduct virtual trainings and 1:1 meetings to support retailer strategic initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and software tools to enhance accountability and performance efficiencies.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share for lease-to-own technology.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to revolutionize consumer finance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the continental US.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Wireless industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
