What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of core HCM solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Assess and validate client needs through strategic conversations and ongoing relationship management.
  • Provide consultative guidance on HCM best practices, talent management, and technology adoption.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including talent solutions and HR services.
  • Collaborate with internal support and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to client engagement, sales activity, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services.
  • Proven ability to consult with clients and identify needs to drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific concepts, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
