What you will do
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet annual sales objectives.
- Orchestrate live demonstrations and presentations of core and ancillary banking solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions with internal teams to identify and confirm client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Manage sales forecasting and administrative responsibilities for the assigned client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers at all levels, from front-line staff to C-level executives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of technology solutions sales experience, preferably in the banking or credit union space.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting processes.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar forecasting applications.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading team-oriented sales processes.
