Location: Remote within the United States, excluding California.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet annual sales objectives.
  • Orchestrate live demonstrations and presentations of core and ancillary banking solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions with internal teams to identify and confirm client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Manage sales forecasting and administrative responsibilities for the assigned client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers at all levels, from front-line staff to C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of technology solutions sales experience, preferably in the banking or credit union space.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of the fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting processes.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar forecasting applications.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading team-oriented sales processes.
