Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some university education preferred.
• Generally four years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and tasks successfully.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
