TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Marietta, GA office or remote).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web channels.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of leads and opportunities from intake to closure.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and document outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining leads and opportunities in a CRM system.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
