Salary: $75,000–$95,000 base + bonus eligibility

What you will do
- Own and proactively manage a defined B2B book of business with tier-based engagement strategies (Tier 1/2/3).
- Act as a trusted advisor for value realization, business alignment, and client advocacy; deliver cadence-based reviews and check-ins.
- Build and maintain value roadmaps that demonstrate client progress and expansion potential.
- Protect and grow recurring revenue by identifying and mitigating churn risks using health indicators, usage data, and qualitative insights.
- Surface and qualify expansion opportunities (new products, services, licenses) and partner with AMs/Sales to influence expansion revenue.
- Maintain CRM and client success platform data (health scores, sentiment, touchpoints, roadmaps) and report progress against KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a client-facing role (Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting).
- Proven track record managing a B2B book of business in a B2B SaaS or technology consulting environment with measurable retention and revenue outcomes.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting environments (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead value-based engagements and surface growth opportunities.
- Ability to access customer information/systems/premises when required, subject to customer approval.
