Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nutley, New Jersey (on-site 2 days per week)

Salary: $69,800 - $83,000 yearly

What you will do

• Master proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve complex client business questions.
• Collaborate with Account Leads to elevate the overall customer experience.
• Translate complex data into compelling, actionable stories for client presentations.
• Independently identify revenue leads and partner with Account Leads to convert opportunities.
• Coach and guide junior team members on data analysis and tool usage.
• Participate in Thought Leadership projects to enhance service delivery standards.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in CPG, sales, category management, or market research.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build data-driven narratives.
• Experience with POS and Panel data analytics is preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Nutley, NJ, 2 days per week.
