What you will do

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail leadership to drive margin and operational efficiency.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and 1:1 meetings to support partner success.
• Utilize CRM and analytical tools to track activities, report on performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador to educate retailers on web-based lease-to-own finance technology.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Travel up to 10% as required for business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the continental US or Utah.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management.
• 3+ years of experience managing accounts, preferably in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability regarding AI-enabled tools and evolving workflows.
