What you will do

• Architect and deploy LLM-powered agents and automation pipelines for Finance workflows (e.g., GL reconciliation, accrual logic, SOX audit cross-referencing, billing anomaly detection, advertiser concentration reporting).
• Build and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and T&E, including automated journal entry generation, amortization scheduling, and cross-system data validation.
• Develop Python-based financial models and automation tools (CLI tools, Excel/Sheets automation using openpyxl and Apps Script) for multi-entity reporting, revenue projections, and scenario analysis.
• Automate compliance support for SOX User Access Control audits, user access provisioning reviews, and exception tracking via data extraction and cross-referencing from Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Maintain AI governance documentation (prompt libraries and workflow specs) and act as the Finance team’s advocate for responsible AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Business Development to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver production-ready tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or automation experience, including 2+ years building AI/LLM-powered applications in production.
• Strong Python skills for data processing pipelines, REST API integration, and file automation (openpyxl, pandas) plus CLI tooling.
• Hands-on ERP experience, ideally NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, GL configuration).
• Experience integrating LLMs and using prompt engineering (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar) for workflow automation.
• Experience in SOX-compliant or other regulated financial environments.
• English: C1 level required (written and spoken).
