What you will do

• Partner with business teams to identify and scope high-impact transformation opportunities using AI and automation.
• Map, analyze, and re-engineer complex business processes and data flows to improve efficiency.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions, including intelligent routing and AI agents integrated via APIs.
• Develop robust ingestion and transformation pipelines using dbt to support decision-making at scale.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure solutions are containerized and ready for production deployment.
• Establish performance and safety monitoring for all automated systems and LLM-powered agents.

Requirements

• Must have a continuous work permit in Spain or Germany or be open to relocation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, with advanced SQL proficiency.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt.
• Practical experience with LLMs and building agentic workflows in production.
• Solid conceptual knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with integrating complex cross-system workflows via APIs and webhooks.
