What you will do

• Design and deploy automated workflows using n8n to improve efficiency across back-office functions like HR, Finance, and Legal.
• Build agentic AI solutions incorporating LLMs, decision logic, and intelligent routing.
• Integrate diverse enterprise tools including Jira, Slack, SAP, and Coupa via RESTful APIs.
• Lead discovery sessions, hackathons, and training initiatives to build AI fluency across the company.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts on emerging AI tools and provide clear recommendations for adoption.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Proven experience in automation engineering or AI enablement.
• Strong proficiency with n8n or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Python or JavaScript scripting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Background in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of NLP and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with enterprise tools like SAP, Coupa, or Atlassian.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for media creation.
