What you will do

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners.
• Design precise prompts using LLM internals and embeddings to ensure reliable, user-aligned behavior.
• Simplify complex enterprise workflows into digestible conversational components for LLM handling.
• Configure integrations between customers' systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems) and the hirify.global platform via APIs.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on custom integration scenarios and solve blockers across departments.
• Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Proficiency in advanced prompting strategies such as chain-of-thought and few-shot learning.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, and API testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT) and field mapping logic.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical AI workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English skills.
