Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Buffalo/East Aurora, NY area for a hybrid work schedule.
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 Annually

What you will do
- Consult with HR and business leaders to provide global market insights and inform compensation strategy.
- Lead the Global Compensation Council to foster a community of practice and align local programs with global philosophy.
- Develop and execute the global pay transparency roadmap in partnership with Legal and Communications.
- Monitor global compensation practices, regulatory developments, and labor market trends.
- Advise on compensation structures and coordinate the resolution of complex or high-risk compensation matters.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for compensation frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or business administration.
- Over 7 years of experience in compensation or global HR partnerships.
- Strong expertise in global compensation practices, pay equity, and regulatory compliance.
- Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area or be willing to relocate for onsite work.
- Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation analytics tools, and salary survey platforms.
