Global Compensation Partner

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo/East Aurora, New York; must live locally or be willing to relocate and work onsite.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Advise the Compensation Center of Expertise, HR leaders, and business partners on global compensation strategy and market practices.
• Translate external compensation practices, market intelligence, and regulatory developments into actionable recommendations.
• Lead global compensation projects and align local programs with the company’s global compensation philosophy.
• Manage the charter and agenda of the Global Compensation Council and foster a global compensation community of practice.
• Support the global pay transparency roadmap in partnership with Legal, HR, and Communications.
• Coordinate governance and resolution of complex or high-risk compensation matters across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• More than seven years of experience in compensation, HR partnership, or HR roles within a global organization.
• Strong expertise in global compensation practices, regulatory compliance, pay equity, and works councils.
• Experience supporting global compensation programs or projects across multiple regions and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, compensation analytics tools, and salary survey platforms.
• Must live in the Buffalo, New York area or be willing to relocate and work onsite.
