Salary: $120,000–$160,000 Annually

What you will do

• Consult with HR and business leaders to provide global market insights and inform compensation strategy.
• Lead the Global Compensation Council to foster a community of practice and align local programs with global philosophy.
• Develop and execute the global pay transparency roadmap in partnership with Legal and Communications.
• Monitor global compensation practices, regulatory developments, and labor market trends.
• Advise on compensation structures and coordinate the resolution of complex or high-risk compensation matters.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for compensation frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or business administration.
• Over 7 years of experience in compensation or global HR partnerships.
• Strong expertise in global compensation practices, pay equity, and regulatory compliance.
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area or be willing to relocate for onsite work.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation analytics tools, and salary survey platforms.
