TL;DR

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP): Partnering with firm leaders to deliver people programs and strategic counsel with an accent on talent delivery, performance management, and DE&I initiatives. Focus on designing business-aligned people agendas, mitigating risk across business lines, and driving a high-performance culture.

Location: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week). Must be based in the US (Approved locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, Boston, Denver, or Fort Lauderdale).

Salary: $112,000 – $168,000

What you will do

  • Partner with firm leaders to provide strategic direction and consultative counsel on people-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams to design and deliver a high-performing, business-aligned people agenda.
  • Oversee the execution of general HR programs including performance management, compensation, training, and retention strategies.
  • Use data and metrics to identify trends and make critical decisions regarding talent and workforce patterns.
  • Drive national HR policies, procedures, and practices ensuring successful implementation and employment law compliance.
  • Advise business leaders on people issues to ensure outcomes align with firm culture, values, and DE&I initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of Human Resources experience, specifically functioning as an HRBP.
  • Experience in a matrixed environment within the professional services industry.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
