What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define and maintain the capabilities of the platform delivery team and shape the delivery framework and methodologies.
• Oversee delivery of the Digital & Technology portfolio for the Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing domain.
• Manage a global delivery team across locations, ensuring the right talent and capabilities to innovate, develop, and maintain the platform.
• Drive major technology modernization, optimization, and consolidation decisions, including core IT systems.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Extensive experience developing and managing DevSecOps teams in complex landscapes (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP/APO, MES, SAP PLM, CMMS) across multiple geographies.
• Strong business case thinking in Agile delivery, including continuous evaluation of economic viability and sustainability impact.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complexity and make assertive decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Supply chain domain experience is a strong preference; manufacturing domain experience is a plus.
