What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI, Agentic, and GenAI engagements from initiation to production deployment.
• Lead complex multi-team programs spanning data engineering, AI/ML, GenAI, and data security.
• Establish delivery governance, milestones, and reporting in line with the corporate excellence framework.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely and on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with strategic technology partners across cloud and AI ecosystems including Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, and Databricks.
• Coach junior delivery managers and scrum masters to build AI delivery capability within the region.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data program delivery.
• 5+ years of experience delivering AI, Advanced Analytics, or GenAI initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions into production environments.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scaled Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and commercial risk management skills.
