Salary: $112,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution and align operational strategies for product availability in a regulated environment.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for complex, multi-site operations programs spanning multiple functions.
• Drive change leadership for new product introductions, ERP system implementations, and process transformations.
• Proactively manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure supply continuity and compliance.
• Design and lead integrated governance structures and performance dashboards for senior leadership reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain organizations.
• 3+ years of experience in a biotech manufacturing facility with cGMP, FDA regulated, ISO13485, and LDT standards.
• Proven ability to lead project teams within a matrix management organization.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Life Sciences or Business Administration preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Project or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with qPCR or NGS assay development and design transfer.
• Experience with supply chain/operations ERP systems.
